PAYMENT
Full payment is required before your artwork is created and emailed through to you for approval.

All dollar amounts are in Australian dollars and pricing includes GST.

BEFORE ORDERING
Double check your order before processing. Any mistakes made while ordering are the customers responsibility.
We are unable to amend customised details once made. When ordering please ensure that the item will arrive
in time for your required date. Please allow 4 weeks for processing and 3-5 days for shipping.
Read all the details in the listing along with supporting images in the listing photos when making your choices.

COLOURS
We provide many examples of our colours across our website, mostly in the product images.
Colours may appear slightly different in person then on colour swatches / photo examples. Two Daisies Creative do not take responsibility for any colour choices you are dissatisfied with on delivery. Please insure you have selected the correct colours when ordering. We will re confirm
colours with you in the proofing stage. Once proofed and confirmed this is a written confirmation betweenTwo Daisies Creative and customer
that you are happy with the order to proceed with the colours confirmed.

DESIGNS
Once your order has been recieved, we will create a proof for you ro approve before making your products. Please ensure that all the details on your proof are correct before approving. We can not make any changes once the proof has been approved.

We will send designs for all customised items. This is usually 1-2 weeks before dispatch. Once ordered we will email you a proof design with the
specifications chosen when ordering, you will then have 3 rounds of complementary updates.
We will need to receive prompt updates on amendments in order to ship within the 4 week turn around.
Delays in communication will inevitably effect turn arounds.
Any spelling mistakes or incorrect details provided are the customers responsibility.
Please unsure you are 100% happy with your order before confirming.

DAMAGES / MISSING ITEMS
Please report any damages / missing items within 48hours of receiving your order.
We are unable to support any issues with the parcel after this time due to courier insurance.
