We have a 2-day return policy for faulty items only. This means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return, if the item is faulty.

As our products are personalised no returns will be accepted for change of mind.
Please check your proofs carefully. Any spelling mistakes or errors made on an approved proof are the responsibility of the client and will not be eligible for a return. Colours that show up on your computer screen may not reflect the same colour showing up on other devices.

No returns will be accepted for different tones of colours. If ordering over two different orders at two different times the colours of printing may show up differently. Please take this into account when placing your order.
