Our big day has come and gone and we had the most amazing time! I wish we could relive the day tbh. So I thought I would share with you all of our vendors - Because they were all absolutely amazing!!

Venue - Barrett Lane in the swan valley. We had a cocktail wedding and the grounds were absolutely stunning. We did not have to leave to get photos, we had a few choices of where we wanted the ceremony and the choice of an indoor or outdoor reception. Recommend this venue!

Signage, Bridesmaid PJ's and giftboxes was obviously us. I loved what we created and didn't go over the top with it.

Flowers - We went with Willow Blooms for our flowers and she blew us away with her work. I sent her our vision and left it to her. I didnt need to stress at all. I knew she would do an amazing job. I now have flowers all through our house from the day - I gave a few away to guests, because my house just isn't big enough.

Wedding day coordinator - Leanne Oborne. Leanne was amazing and so helpful. She moved things from the ceremony up to the reception for us, styled the room and took all my stress away! I recommend having a wedding day coordinator to make sure the day runs smoothly. I never thought I would need one but Leanne was a lifesaver! 

Catering - Showcase catering. Daniel at Showcase was exceptional. We had so many comments that night and the following day about how amazing the food was. Our guests with food intolerances were more then looked after - One of our friends wanted the caterers names to be able to email and thank them, thats how happy our guests were! Everything was delicious. We were worried being cocktail that people would still be hungry but they weren't.

Celebrant - Erin Lovell from Eternal love. Erin made our day so special. She got to know us over the year since we booked her through watching us on social media and engaging with us and she had the perfect a balance of making us laugh and cry. Our ceremony was so memorable. If i have one regret it is that we didn't get a videographer - because Erin made it worth wanting to re-watch and re-live!

Photographer - We had Sara Hannagan Photography for our photographer and to say I am blown away with our sneakpeak photos so far would be an understatement. Photos are the one thing you get to keep after the day - so we made sure we found the best to capture the day!

DJ- We had DJ Austy from Champagne agency, and he understood the assignment! We wanted a party and he made it a party! We decided to move our formalities forward to get them done quick because we couldn't keep our guests (me included) off the dance floor! We had a blast!

Singer - I walked down the isle to the beautiful voice of Coby Grant from Champagne Agency. She sang Latch acoustic for the isle song - something I had visualised for the past 6 or so months and it was everything I had imagined. It made the day so special! highly reccomend!

Make up - We had 2 make up artists Painted by Pia, who did my make up and half the bridesmaids, and Caladenia Beauty. Both did such an amazing job. Our makeup felt light, dewy and fresh. It wasn't caked on at all, I was so happy with my choice.

Hair - We had my amazing hairdresser I have been going to for 10 years do our hair - she doesn't do weddings though... I made her do mine.

Grazing Table - Goin grazey. We got boxes for getting ready, a box for the bridal party during photos and a table. It was all delicious. I definitely recommend getting food for the bridal party during photos. Ours got demolished.

My dress- Grace Loves Lace

Bridesmaid dresses- Petal and Pup (on special for $40 which was amazing)

Furniture and vintage letters - Pallet Furniture Co, Harvest Hire and Style, Black Labels events, Vintage Letters. We paid for delivery and pick up of all these things and didn't have to think about it or stress once it was booked. They all took care of it for us, which was amazing!

 

I hope this helps some of you planning a wedding in Perth! Remember the planning stage is just as important and exciting as the actual day! The day goes so quickly - so enjoy this time too!
